These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase from our Store. By browsing or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. The Store

Products are sold by the business named on the invoice. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and may change without notice until you complete checkout. We try to keep descriptions accurate; photos are illustrative. Natural batches may differ slightly in colour or scent.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to order. If you order for a minor (for example baby or kids care), you confirm you are a parent/guardian and will follow on-pack directions.

3. Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse it. Payment is via Shopify checkout (cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, or COD where offered). COD may include extra charges shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed by email/SMS/WhatsApp.

4. Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates (for example 2–5 days for select metros and 4–5 days pan-India after shipment). Delays by couriers, weather or pin-code limits can happen. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave. Please check the parcel before signing.

5. Use of products

Always patch-test as directed. Follow usage, storage and expiry guidance. Discontinue if irritation occurs and seek medical advice. Our products are cosmetics / personal care, not medicines, and are not meant to diagnose or treat disease. Avoid eyes unless the product is made for that use.

6. Intellectual property

All logos, text, photos, recipes and design on the Store belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape or resell them without written permission.

7. Reviews & conduct

Do not post unlawful, abusive or fake content. We may remove reviews or refuse service in case of abuse or fraud.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death/personal injury caused by negligence where such limit is not allowed.

9. Promotions

Free gifts and seasonal deals have their own rules (minimum order, dates). We may withdraw an offer if it is misused.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change. If you continue to use the Store after an update, you accept the new Terms.
